Eight years (8) years of professional experience in a group home, treatment or correctional program.Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Criminal Justice, Public Administration, Business Administration or a closely related field from an accredited college or university.*.At least two (2) years of this experience must have been in a supervisory capacity as an administrator, coordinating and directing the overall operations of a juvenile detention home facility. Six years (6) years of professional experience in a group home, treatment or correctional program.Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Criminal Justice, Public Administration, Business Administration or a closely related field from an accredited college or university.*.Professional, administrative and supervisory work developing implementation plans for individual, group and family services based on a trauma-informed care and restorative justice model. Work primarily involves planning, organizing, coordinating, and monitoring the implementation of all detention operations and transitions that impact the day-to-day experience of conditions of confinement and ensuring that policies and procedures for providing detention services and educational programs to youth detained at the Youth Study Center are in accordance with all applicable constitutional and federal and state statutory standards and related work as required.
